"The other reviewers had a totally different experience than I had with McKeever. I guess he forgot I was the customer and the service he should have provided as an agent. I hit a deer and totaled my car. I gave the police ticket number to his office like the police told me too. The office did not report proof of insurance to the dmv. I received a notice saying my drivers license had been suspended for 2 months!!! Everything was cleared up but I did have to make a trip to the dmv. McKeever took none of the responsibility and insinuated it was my fault by saying no one there remembers it! There is much more to this story but I will end with this statement. State Farm is a solid company but the agents these days don’t appear very well trained. I have been wiith State Farm for 50 years (minus a couple of years in the 90s)."
